Derek Fields is the Atlassian Practice Manager for RightStar, an Atlassian Gold Services Partner. He has almost a decade of experience working with Atlassian products and implementing ITSM and DevOps solutions for RightStar clients. Prior to joining RightStar, Derek spent over 20 years as a lead software developer, architect and product-line director in the telecommunications industry for Bellcore/Telcordia. He is a certified Scrum Master and SAFe Program Consultant.
