Christopher Copeland is a managing director and the Chief Technology Officer at Accenture Federal Services.

As CTO, Copeland is responsible for developing the future-looking technology vision and strategy of Accenture Federal Services and overseeing the CIO agenda campaign. He brings innovation, intelligence, and deep government industry experience together with leading technologies from our ecosystem of partners to help our federal clients reinvent their agencies as intelligent enterprises that innovate at scale.

Previously, Copeland served as the Platform Business Group Lead Director for Accenture Federal Services. Copeland has led multiple, large scale, transformational programs throughout his Accenture career, including leading solution and technical architecture for AFCE, Accenture’s first rapidly scalable cloud Enterprise Resource Planning software program; serving as the technology and operations lead on Accenture’s HealthCare.gov team; and substantially growing our cloud assets, capabilities, and delivery across the practice.
