John is an Enterprise Solutions Architect for the Jira Align platform and is a veteran at scaling agile methods in large corporations. Prior to Atlassian, John helped shape the Lean Portfolio Management offering at Agilecraft. He spent a 20+ year career in software development at Motorola Solutions, adopting agile practices back when it was "extreme", and leading the enterprise agile transformation after it got "safe". John lives in West Dundee, Illinois with his three children and plays the banjo when he needs to.
