Josh Costella has been in the technology industry for 20 years. As an Atlassian Solutions Consultant, Josh guided many companies such as Siemens, Esurance, Kohl's, Gap, Symantec, NetApp, and Panera Bread to fully optimize their Atlassian applications to achieve their unique and challenging requirements. At Nextiva, Josh led the Technology organization through two major tool migrations: Rally to Atlassian Server and Atlassian Server to Cloud. Josh and his team has successfully rolled out the majority of the Atlassian stack as well as Jira Service Desk to over 15 support teams and provided highly customized solutions for dozens of Jira projects, internal processes, and teams inside and outside of the technology space.
