Meagan is currently serving as the IT Business Agility and DevSecOps Strategy and Governance Director in Accenture Global IT - driving our evolution to a product based, scaled Agile and DevSecOps Delivery Model. She has extensive Complex Program Management experience, and is PMP and SPC Certified. In addition, she specializes in Delivery Excellence and Industrialization. She enjoys learning, problem solving, motivating others, and maximizing the potential of our teams and technology.

During her almost 20 year career with Accenture, Meagan has held many roles across our client and technology organizations including several key industries. Prior to her role in Global IT, she worked with Accenture and Client teams establishing and enabling delivery practices, measures, and tools, and managed transformation programs to maximize our delivery potential. Over the years, she has gained significant experience with various delivery models, and complex transformational change.
