Over his career, Mr. Chapman has primarily focused on helping organizations improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their information technology investments and operations. His deep technical and management expertise spans acquisition; governance; investment management; technical business management; systems design and development; infrastructure architecture and operations; and IT service management. In addition to his technology experience, Mr. Chapman has also helped clients improve programmatic performance as well as navigate and manage large-scale change in complex, political environments. Mr. Chapman is also a published author on leading change, which includes 'Getting Things Done in Government', which focuses on helping individuals overcome highly political and decentralized operating cultures to drive change. Mr. Chapman’s previous clients include Conde Nast, Random House, and Discovery Communications, as well as 10+ public sector organizations including the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the U.S. Uniformed Services University, and the Federal Trade Commission.
