His deep technical and management expertise spans acquisition; governance; investment management; technical business management; systems design and development; infrastructure architecture and operations; and IT service management. In addition to his technology experience, Mr. Chapman has also helped clients improve programmatic performance as well as navigate and manage large-scale change in complex, political environments. Mr. Chapman is also a published author on leading change, which includes 'Getting Things Done in Government', which focuses on helping individuals overcome highly political and decentralized operating cultures to drive change.
