Daniel is a ITSM Consultant for Communardo with eight years of service desk experience, including six years as team leader, in particular major incident management. Over the past three years at Communardo, he has focused on Management Support, ITSM, and ESM Consultant. Daniel has a Master in Management & Organisation Studies, and focused his master thesis on organizational identity under the influence of work environment’s virtuality. His passion is service management and helping my customers to achieve outstanding service and create value for their customers. When he’s not focusing on service management Daniel spends his time with is family in Dresden.
