Bryan has 10+ years of experience in the ITSM space. He has been working with Enterprise customers throughout the APAC region helping them transform the way they work and optimise how they deliver services to their customers. He has a passion for ITSM with a specific interest in knowledge management, and how it can shift-left allowing customers to solve their own problems and tech teams to work on more rewarding tasks. Bryan has been with Atlassian for 3 years, most recently as an Enterprise Solution Strategist in ITSM. Prior to Atlassian, Bryan worked for one of APAC’s largest Solution Partners also focusing on ITSM.
