Workshop: The C–Level's guide to leading large agile organizations
The larger the organization, the more difficult it is to stay agile. Project deadlines and pressure to perform cause management to go back to "old" patterns of managing. This counteracts the agile transformation efforts.
In this workshop, you will learn about the levers you have to steer a large organization while maintaining and supporting its agility. We will take an in-depth look at the necessary setup of layers of artefacts, strategic goal systems, and outcome management, and touch on agile alternatives to demand and supply management of work. You'll walk away knowing how to give direction to and drive a large agile development organization to greater success.
In the session you will learn how to use:
- OKRs to manage outcomes
- Strategic goals as a mechanism to align execution
- Guide rails for capacity allocation to lead agile organizations and create space for the teams to unleash their full potential
