Lloyd is an Agile Coach with over 16 years experience working in the Automotive and Finance industries. Currently he leads both the Agile Practice and the Developer Experience teams at Motability Operations. Previously a software engineer and software architect, he is interested in how tooling and processes can introduce or reduce friction for engineers. This motivation was a key driver for him as he helped Motability Operations adopt true continuous delivery, an achievement he classes as one of the biggest successes of his career.
