A recovering academic, turned to industry to help companies make great experiences with my doctoral-charged research skills. Caitlin has a Ph.D in the psychology of technology from University of Melbourne and maintains an honorary fellowship at the University. She leads the Agile and DevOps research portfolio. Her background of academic and experience in UX research allows for a balanced perspective of rigor (how much and when) and pragmatism, as well as a large tool kit of methods to draw from.
