Björn is an experienced Agile Coach and Transformation Manager. Prior to joining Atlassian he successfully led an Agile Transformation with 300 Teams in 21 Countries reporting to the Board directly.
He specializes in Transformations in heavily regulated industries such as Health Care and Finance. He is a trained SPC 3,4,5 & 6 and also has a strong background in Product Management, M&A and Strategy. 
As BBQ enthusiast he knows no off season and has something smoking or cooking outside regularly.
