Since introducing Team Anywhere — Atlassian’s distributed work policy that gives employees more control over where they live and work — more than 400 Atlassians have moved to another city and 300 have moved to another country. It has empowered employees to organize work around their family, personal goals, and life priorities, while enabling teams to operate under a flexible, diverse structure that best fits their needs. During this session, we’ll walk through the benefits of distributed teamwork and share learnings that made it work for Atlassian.
