The Atlassian Presents: High Velocity will take place in person on 1 November at Sydney Showground — The Dome.

This event is for ITSM leaders, admins, builders, and Atlassian partners from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies who want to transform their service management practices.

To receive a Visa letter, please send your request to eventsupport@atlassianevents.com and include full name and address. Once complete, you will receive an emailed letter in PDF format in 5-7 business days. If you do not receive a Visa in time to travel to the event, your registration fees will be fully refunded. Attendees must be registered for the event in order to request a Visa letter.

Meals during the event will offer dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, but not necessarily in combination. All food items will be labeled with the appropriate dietary information.

Attendees can pay their registration fees using Visa or Mastercard.

All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of Atlassian and no registration discounts can be combined for any High Velocity passes. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted. Promotional rates are voided if a registered attendee cancels and attempts to register at a lowered rate. Refunds will not be granted less than 2 weeks before the event nor will they be given for no-shows. Cancellations must be submitted via email to eventsupport@atlassianevents.com.

Substitution of a registration of the same type and package is permitted prior to two weeks before the event. Substitutions requested within two weeks are subject to a $25 processing fee. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information. Please send substitution requests to eventsupport@atlassianevents.com.

In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the event and are subject to a $25 processing fee. Any cancellations received less than two weeks before the event are not refundable. Cancellations must be submitted via email to eventsupport@atlassianevents.com.

If you lose or misplace your badge on-site, you will be subject to a $25 processing and reprint fee and your previous badge will become void. All badges are non-transferable.

Parking
Sydney Olympic Park has over 10,000 parking spaces site-wide. Carparks P1, P5, and P6 are in close proximity to Sydney Showground. Costs: $6 per hour, up to a maximum fee of $30 per day.

We recommend you pre-book parking if you plan to visit Sydney Showground on the day of a major event. Cost is $30 per car for the day. This cost is for one entry and exit into your selected car park.

Ground transportation
By train
Olympic Park train station is on Sydney Showground's doorstep. The Sprint service, operated by CityRail, travels between Lidcombe and Olympic Park Stations daily, every 10 minutes.

A limited number of direct services also operate between Central Station and Olympic Park Station in the afternoon on weekdays and for some major events. To plan your trip and get the latest travel information visit www.transportnsw.info.


By bus
Sydney Buses operate direct bus services to Sydney Olympic Park from a number of locations including Lidcombe, Strathfield, and Parramatta. To plan your trip and get the latest travel information visit www.transportnsw.info.


By ferry
Sydney Ferries run a daily service between Circular Quay and Parramatta stopping at Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf. To travel to Sydney Showground, visitors must also catch a connecting bus. To plan your trip and get the latest travel information visit www.transportnsw.info.
