If you are traveling to Austin, Texas, there are a handfull of hotels within close proximity of our downtown office. We recommend you book as quickly as possible, even if you book a refundable room at a slightly higher rate.

There are a number of very close hotels within a 10-15 minute walking distance, and a few just a bit further away (15-25 minute walking). There are additional hotels outside downtown, though we only recommend those hotels if prices downtown are unreasonable. Heavy morning traffic can prevent a safe ontime arrival.
