Master your Atlassian Skills

Enablement Academy laid the groundwork for understanding Atlassian products, services and solutions. Now Mastery Camps want to accelerate your understanding of your role in selling and consulting Atlassian solutions.

At the ITSM Mastery Camp, you will learn how to identify key painpoints in ITSM conversations; how to understand strategic buyers' needs; and how to build strategies for big picture Atlassian ITSM solutions.

The two day interactive Mastery Camp activities drive discussions around how your customers approach ITSM; standardizing on Atlassian products; engaging with TAM and Premier Support; and the specialization that Solution Partners bring to customers.

What's on the agenda?

Day 1 starts an overview of Atlassian's perspective on ITSM, including products and services. Then you will split into groups as we dive into three interactive sessions, where we focus on discovering and navigating ITSM opportunities.

Day 2 will feature group presentations and strategy sessions with you and an Atlassian Solutions Engineer. You will be able to discuss current prospects.

Check out the detailed agenda for more information.

To register, you must complete or have a plan to complete your Accredited Atlassian Sales Professional or Technical Sales Professional training in Enablement Academy, plus the ITSM modules.

Practical Information

Each day begins promptly at 9:00 am, so please arrive early to allow time to check in. Registration will start at 8:30 am, and a light breakfast will be provided each morning.

Because each day is interactive and requires teamwork, please be prepared to be away from your devices for the entirety of both days. There will be several small breaks -- including an hour-long lunch break -- to provide you time to catch up on email or make calls.

Logistics

By Plane
Amsterdam's Schiphol Airprot (AMS) is the most convenient airport to The Hoxton (and the Atlassian Offices) in Central Amsterdam. Cabs and Uber are available to and from Schiphol, and several train lines run to Amsterdam Centraal Station, near hotels in the heart of the city.

By Train
If arriving at Amsterdam Centraal, you can take tram lines 1, 2 or 5, to the Atlassian office, or it is a 15 to 20 minute walk. There are several hotels in between the train station and The Hoxton along this route.

By Bike
If you're a local or rent a bicycle while in town, we have bike storrage to accomodate your green commute.

Don't forget to have a good time!

Each day will focus on learning and developing strategies for discovering and navigating to new ITMS opportunities. But it wouldn't be an Atlassian event without some time to socialize.

We hope you can join us for dinner on the first night, and you're welcome to join us at the Atlassian office bar after Day 2 for a few drinks.

Details will be available during the first day's events.
