Enablement Academy laid the groundwork for understanding Atlassian products, services and solutions. Now Mastery Camps want to accelerate your understanding of your role in selling and consulting Atlassian solutions.
At the ITSM Technical Mastery Camp, you will learn how to identify key painpoints in ITSM conversations; how to align with strategic buyers' needs; and how to demo ITSM solutions, with hands-on labs.
This one day interactive Mastery Camp will allow you to see how Jira Service Desk, Opsgenie, Jira Softwre, and Confluence, work together to form solutions for Atlassian customers.
What's on the agenda?
The one day training will feature interactive sessions, where sales and technical sales Solutions Partners will be able to get hands-on with Atlassian products to understand how solutions can work for our customers.
It is highly recommended to have completed a 2 day Mastery Camp before attending this training.
To apply, you must complete or have a plan to complete your Accredited Atlassian Sales Professional or Technical Sales Professional training in Enablement Academy.
Practical Information
The day will begin promptly at 10:00 am, so please arrive early to allow time to check in. Registration begins at 9:30 am, and a light breakfast will be provided in the morning.
Because of the interactive nature of the sessions, please be prepared to be away from your devices for the entirety the day. There will be several small breaks -- including a lunch break -- for you to catch up on email or make calls.
