Registration

You can request for special food options in the registration process. We will do our best to fulfill all requests.

 
 

One (1) full-day pre-conference training course is included in the Open Pass & Training Bundle pass option. For the regular Open Pass, Open & Atlas Camp, or Atlas Camp Only pass options, training courses and certification exams are an additional costs and you can purchase them in the registration process.

 
 

During the registration process, please click “YES” to the question “Do you require a Visa letter?” Your request for a Visa letter will then be submitted upon completion of your registration. You will receive your letter via email within 3-5 business days of registering. If paying by Wire Transfer, Visa letter will be sent once payment has been received.

 
 

Attendees can pay their registration fees using Visa, Mastercard, or Wire Transfer. Please note Wire Transfer is no longer an offered form of payment two weeks of the event.

 
 

All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of Atlassian and no registration discounts can be combined for any Open passes. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted. Promotional rates are voided if a registered attendee cancels and attempts to register at a lowered rate. Refunds will not be granted less than 2 weeks before the event nor will they be given for no-shows.

 
 

In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the event and are subject to a €50 processing fee. Any cancellations received less than two weeks before the event are not refundable. Cancellations must be submitted via email to open@atlassianevents.com.

 
 

Substitution of a registration of the same type and package is permitted prior to two weeks before the event. Substitutions requested within two weeks are subject to a €50 processing fee. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information. Please send substitution requests to open@atlassianevents.com.

 
 

If you lose or misplace your badge on-site, you will be subject to a €75 processing and reprint fee and your previous badge will become void. All badges are non-transferable.

Hotel

Open attendees have access to the following discounted rates: Hilton (€249) and Courtyard by Marriott (€139 - €177.) Rates are per night and include VAT tax as well breakfast and basic wifi.

 
 

Online hotel bookings for Open can be made during your initial registration. If you wish to add a hotel at a later date you can log in to your Open registration to add hotel. To receive the Open discounted rate rooms must be booked through the registration site. If you have an update to your existing reservation, please email open@atlassianevents.com.

 
 

No. All hotel reservations made through the registration website are managed by the Open Registration and Housing team. A final hotel confirmation with confirmation number will be emailed to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference.
