What is Braindate? How do I sign up?
Braindate offers a unique opportunity to connect with other attendees by sharing personal insights and expertise, and engaging in meaningful conversations on topics that matter to you. Through the Braindate platform, you can schedule a one-on-one Braindate or join group discussions with fellow attendees.
To schedule a Braindate, click on the "Schedule a Braindate" card on your Team '26 dashboard. You can also book a Braindate directly through the Team Events app, launching in early April.

Yes! Register as a team you can register as a team and take advantage of the deepest discount available. Price varies depending on selected bundle and cannot be combined with other discounts.
What methods of payment do you accept?
What methods of payment do you accept?
Attendees can pay registration fees using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Wire transfer may be requested by contacting Team event support.

During registration, you'll be presented with the option to request a visa letter. Be sure to select yes and answer the required follow-up questions.
What is Atlassian’s discount and refund policy?
What is Atlassian’s discount and refund policy?
All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of Atlassian and no registration discounts can be combined. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted.
Promotional rates are voided if a registered attendee cancels and attempts to register at a lowered rate. Cancellations must be submitted via event support to Team event support. Refunds will not be granted after April 21, 2026 nor will they be given for no-shows.

Substitution of a registration of the same type and package is permitted prior to 23 September 2025. Substitutions requested within two weeks are subject to a €50 processing fee. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual receiving the transferred pass is responsible for any outstanding financial obligations association with the substitution, including the processing fee, as well as updating any content/demographic information. Please send substitution requests to Team Europe event support.

In order to receive a refund, cancelations must be received in writing by 23 September, 2025 and are subject to a €50 processing fee. Any cancelations received less after 23 September, 2025 are not refundable. Cancelations must be submitted via Team Europe event support

Discount codes cannot be applied to team pass bundles. Discount codes may only be used on Individual passes.

Personal email address ( i.e. gmail, yahoo etc.) are not accepted. Business email address are required to register for Atlassian events. If you don't have a business email please contact Team Europe event support for assistance. |

Team bundle passes are only available to customers and prospective customers. Non-sponsoring partners are able to purchase a maximum of two (2) individual passes per company.

Non-sponsoring partners are permitted to register a maximum of two contacts per company.

There is no discount codes available for non-sponsoring partners. Sponsoring partners are entitled to codes as part of their sponsorship package and can reference the ERC for more information.

Are there special hotel rates?
Atlassian has negotiated special discounted room rates with various hotels in the area for registered attendees. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and discounted rates are available until 6 September 2024 or once the block reaches capacity. Rates (€192–€405) are set per night (single or double occupancy) and do not include nightly tax.

Make your hotel reservation now by logging in to your Dashboard and click on “Book your hotel”. You will be directed to a third party site to book discounted rate hotels. Reservations made outside the hotel booking site will not receive the Atlassian discounted rates.

Real-time closed captioning and audio translations in Spanish, French, and German are accessible through the Interprefy app for all keynotes, breakouts and training content.
Download the Interprefy app, enter the room token provided onsite for access. Don’t forget to bring your headphones so you don’t disrupt your neighbor.

Registered attendees log into your account and go to the Session Catalog page. Here attendees can view in-person and online schedules. Attendees can view by a list and grid. By clicking the add to schedule icon sessions will be added to your schedule.
All sessions that will be available on-demand will be tagged “Online”.

What are the new seating options for sessions ?
What are the new seating options for sessions ?
New for this year we are offering two seating styles options based on session type.
First Come, First Seat
- What it means: You can add sessions you want to attend to your personal agenda (“My Agenda”), but your seat isn’t reserved.
- How it works: When you arrive at the session, you pick any open seat. The earlier you arrive, the better your chances of getting a seat.
- Tip: Arrive at least 5 minutes before the session starts. If you’re late, you might not get a seat. If all seats are taken, you might be able to stand, but that’s not guaranteed.
Save Your Seat
- What it means: For some sessions (usually in smaller rooms), you can actually reserve a seat ahead of time.
- How it works: See Add the session to your agenda and your seat will be saved for you.
- Important: You must be in your seat at least 5 minutes before the session starts. If you’re not, your seat might be given to someone waiting outside.
Full Sessions
- What it means: If a session is marked as “full” in the Agenda Builder, all seats are taken.
- What you can do: You can still line up outside the room. If any seats are still empty 5 minutes before the session starts, people in the line will be let in to fill those spots.

We do not offer a waitlist. If you are interested in a session we recommend checking the Agenda Builder prior to the event or during the event we recommend you queue outside the session to see if space becomes available. Seats will be released 5 minutes prior to session start time and seats will be filled based on order of the queue.
