Rules & regulations

The following practices are not permitted:

  1. Unconventional and disruptive tactics or direct sales.
  2. Distribution of promotional items or collateral outside of your booth footprint.
    1. This includes all collateral/promotional items, such as QR codes, stickers, pins or other materials.
  3. Lead scanning outside of your booth area is prohibited, except where explicitly permitted by event guidelines, such as scanning attendees at sponsored sessions or other approved instances.
  4. Signage may not be placed or affixed outside of your designated booth area.
  5. During conference hours, all sponsors are strictly prohibited from hosting any type of customer event, session, large meeting, or similar activities. All customer event details must be submitted through the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) and are subject to review by the Atlassian team.
  6. All design assets and content files provided by the exhibiting company will be pending approval by Atlassian.
  7. Sponsors may visit other booths as attendees, but solicitation of products and services in digital event chats or other sponsor booths on-site is strictly prohibited.
  8. All sponsorship tasks must be completed by the deadline associated with the task in the ERC.
  9. Any last-minute changes or updates made to assets (logos, booth graphics, whitepapers, demo, content deliverables, videos, etc.) submitted after the deadline indicated in the ERC are not guaranteed to be accepted.
  10. Atlassian event management reserves the right to remove any sponsors access from the event if is determined that your participation or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the in-person event experience or the enjoyment of the virtual event content by other attendees.
  11. Badge sharing among attendees is strictly prohibited and if discovered you will be asked to leave the conference. Each individual attendee must have their own badge.

In-person Booth Rules & Regulations

All Team '25 Sponsorships are Turnkey Booth Properties utilizing square footage to address various sponsorship levels. The turnkey booth property includes items such as physical structure, wireless internet access, electricity, and custom booth signage.

Due to the turnkey setup, the following items are not permitted:

  • Roll-up and free-standing signs
  • Balloons of any type
  • Flags or banners
  • Prize wheels
  • Floor standing monitors
  • Boxes on the show floor must be removed before the expo hall opens to the public.
  • Affixing of booths or materials to the building structure
  • Distribution of flyers and materials in public spaces
  • Drones
  • No pyrotechnics
  • Oilcloth, tar paper, sisal paper, nylon and Orlon
  • Open Flames
  • Balloons (mylar balloons)
  • Fuel Powered vehicles on display
  • Hazing

Atlassian will be strictly enforcing all Policies and Agreements at this year’s event. Any offenses will be documented and reviewed by the Atlassian Executive Team. The sponsor will receive a written notification of the offense. Failure to comply with the policies and agreements will result in the following disciplinary action:

**All fines that Sponsors incur throughout the conference will be donated to an Atlassian-selected Foundation.

Verbal Warning - Given upon sponsor’s first offense

Yellow Card - Given upon sponsor’s second offense; resulting in a $1,000 fine

Red Card - Given upon sponsor’s third offense; resulting in a $2,500 fine

2nd Red Card - Given upon sponsor’s fourth offense; resulting in a $5,000 fine and inability to sponsor at Team ‘26.
