Josh Senick has worked in IT in the Bay Area since 2010, holding a mix of consulting roles before managing Slack's Core BizTech Operations team in 2018. Throughout his time as a consultant, he saw growing companies throughout the Bay Area struggle to provide excellent IT Support to their employees. He joined Slack to develop a Slack-first Support organization. His varied background includes years working as a sound designer and composer for theater. Josh is currently pursuing an MBA at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
