Yes, training via Atlassian University will be offered at the in-person event experience. Training courses are an additional cost and you can sign-up in the registration process.
Gender neutral bathrooms and a nursing room will be available at Team '23.
Business casual is appropriate for all conference and evening events. Kudos for wearing your favorite Atlassian t-shirt or hoodie!
Expo Hall opens Tuesday, April 18th at 3:30PM. Be sure to allow time to check-in and pick up your event badge.
We will not be requiring COVID-19 vaccinations to attend Team '23. Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us, so masks will be available on-site if needed. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell. All attendees who are unable to join us in-person will have the option to attend the digital experience.

Meals during the event will offer dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, but not necessarily in combination. All food items will be labeled with the appropriate dietary information. You can request special food options in the registration process. We will do our best to fulfill all requests.

We have updated our registration platform to single sign-on so each individual registration will be linked to the attendee’s Atlassian account. If you do not have an Atlassian account you can create one here. Attendees will need their account log-in credentials in order to register for Team '23.
Yes! Attend as a team and receive up to $300 when registering 3+ attendees. Price varies depending on the selected bundle.
Attendees can pay their registration fees using Visa, Mastercard, or Wire Transfer. Please note Wire Transfer is no longer an offered form of payment four weeks out of the event.
All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of Atlassian and no registration discounts can be combined for any Team passes. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted. Promotional rates are voided if a registered attendee cancels and attempts to register at a lowered rate. Refunds will not be granted less than 2 weeks before the event nor will they be given for no-shows. Cancellations must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Substitution of a registration of the same type and package is permitted prior to two weeks before the event. Substitutions requested within two weeks are subject to a $50 processing fee. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information. In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the event and are subject to a $50 processing fee. Any cancellations received less than two weeks before the event are not refundable. Cancellations must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you lose or misplace your badge on-site, you will be subject to a $75 processing and reprint fee and your previous badge will become void. All badges are non-transferable
The deadline for the special discounted room rate has passed. You are still able to book a hotel reservation at the best available rates at The Venetian using our online reservation option.
These rates do not include tax & daily $44 resort fee.
