I am Red Hat's technical lead for all tools and services in the company that support our program and portfolio management capabilities internally. Prior to that I served as part product owner and part technical lead for the processes by which Red Hat builds and delivers software to customers. My career has always been with shared-resource teams and heavy into process design and deployment.
