Live content at Team Europe will be presented in English, however attendees can use the event mobile app to view any session translated in captions or audio in real time in Spanish, French, or German.

Registration

Yes! Register as a team and receive 20% off conference passes with a group of 3-8 or 30% off when registering a group of 9
or more people. Price varies depending on selected bundle and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Discount codes cannot be applied to team pass bundles . They may only be used on Individual passes.

 Personal email address ( i.e. gmail, yahoo etc.) are not accepted. Business email address are required to register for Atlassian events. If you don't have a business email please email team@atlassianevents.com for assistance. 

Attendees can pay registration fees using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

During registration, you'll be presented with the option to request a visa letter. Be sure to select yes and answer the required follow-up questions.

All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of Atlassian and no registration discounts can be combined. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted. Promotional rates are voided if a registered attendee cancels and attempts to register at a lowered rate. Cancellations must be submitted via email to team@atlassianevents.com. Refunds will not be granted after 24 September 2024 nor will they be given for no-shows.

Substitution of a registration of the same type and package is permitted prior to 24 September 2024. Substitutions requested within two weeks are subject to a €50 processing fee. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information. Please send substitution requests to team@atlassianevents.com.

In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing by 24 September, 2024 and are subject to a €50 processing fee. Any cancellations received after 24 September, 2024 are not refundable. Cancelations must be submitted via email to team@atlassianevents.com

If you lose or misplace your badge onsite, you will be subject to a €75 processing and reprint fee. All badges are non-transferable.

Hotel

Atlassian has negotiated special discounted room rates with various hotels in the area for registered attendees. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Rates (€175–€350) are set per night (single or double occupancy) and do not include nightly tax.

Make your hotel reservation now by logging in to your Dashboard and click on “Book Your Hotel”. You will be directed to a third party site to book discounted rate hotels. Reservations made outside the hotel booking site will not receive the Atlassian discounted rates.

Keynote

Company and product vision, including the biggest announcements from Atlassian executive leadership. Also includes sessions with our most popular and featured external thought leaders.

Super session

A 45-minute deep dive into the latest product innovations with Atlassian product leaders and customers.

Breakout session 

These sessions will delve into how a process, Atlassian product, or system was used to achieve a goal or resolve an issue. This could include anything from customer case studies and panels to product overviews.

Theater session

These 15-minute bite-sized sessions will be hosted on our expo floor in an open theater style presentation.

Learning session

Join the Atlassian University team for a wide range of 45-minute sessions including demos, Q&As, tips, and best practices to get you going.

Sponsor workshop

These 45-minute sessions will be presented by one of our sponsors in an open theater on the expo floor. Sessions will range from demos to Q&As and other engaging presentations.

Panel

These 45-minute long sessions will be hosted by a group of speakers as they dive into a specific topic, product, or solution. This interactive session is designed to present diverse perspectives, exchange ideas, and spark meaningful insights and conversations.

Registered attendees log into your account and go to the Session Catalog page. Here attendees can view in-person and online schedules. Attendees can view by a list and grid. By clicking the add to schedule icon sessions will be added to your schedule.

New this year: All sessions that will be available on-demand will be tagged “Online”.

Registered attendees can view their personal schedules by logging into the Event Dashboard and clicking on “My Schedule”.

Yes! You will be able to sync your agenda from the Atlassian Events App by going to More → Settings and clicking select in Calendar Sync - Connect. The Team '24 Europe mobile app will launch in early October.

Online

All Keynotes, Super Sessions and select breakout sessions will be available through livestream and on-demand by 14 October, 2024. Check out the full digital agenda here.

Livestream sessions begin 9 Oct at 9:00 a.m CEST and will go through till 10 Oct . All on demand content will be available by 14 October.

Registration via your Atlassian SSO account is required to access the livestream and all on-demand content. The Founder's Keynote will be made publicly available from the event home page.
