Sessions

Team '26 Europe will feature over 100 sessions, including keynotes, breakouts, panels, and learning sessions across different themes, ranging from AI, collaboration, teamwork, service management to cloud migration.

Learn more about our sessions here.

Real-time closed captioning and audio translations in 60+ languages are accessible for all keynotes and breakouts. Don’t forget to bring your headphones so you don’t disrupt your neighbour.

Agenda Builder lets registered attendees plan their time at Team by adding sessions to a personal schedule. Note that adding a session to your agenda reserves your place in your planner only — it does not guarantee a seat in the session itself. The only exception to this is for Learning sessions, for which attendees are able to pre-book a seat ahead of time. Capacity in these sessions is limited.

Registered attendees can log in to their account and go to the session catalogue page. From there, attendees can view in-person and online schedules, and add sessions to their agenda.

Agenda builder will launch early September.

Registered attendees can view their personal schedules by logging in to the Event Dashboard and clicking on “My Schedule” or via the Team Events app, available 29 September.

Only seats in Learning sessions are available to formally pre-book ahead of the event. All other sessions, such as traditional breakouts, keynotes, theatres, etc. are available on a first come, first served basis. Adding sessions (other than Learning sessions) to your personal agenda reserves your place in your planner only — it does not guarantee a seat in the session itself.

Yes! You will be able to sync your agenda from the Team Events app by going to More → Settings and clicking “select” in Calendar Sync - Connect.

Learn more about Call for Speakers FAQ here.

  • Learning sessions are in high-demand and have limited capacity. Attendees are encouraged to pre-book a seat via agenda builder. Click the “Pre-book your seat now” icon in order to book.
  • Important: You must be in your seat at least 10 minutes before the session start time. If you are not, your seat will be released and available to those in the standby line.

If a session is marked as “Reservations filled” in the agenda builder, all seats are taken.

What you can do: The good news is that each learning session is offered twice. Be sure to check the agenda for the repeat session. If you are still unable to reserve a seat, you may await a potential seat in the standby line outside of the session room. Unclaimed seats will be released 10 minutes prior to the start time and filled on a first come, first served basis.

We do not offer a waitlist for sessions. If you are interested in attending, please line up outside the room before the scheduled start time. Unclaimed seats will be released 10 minutes prior to the start time and filled on a first come, first served basis.

No, pre-course material is not required for any session. If you have pre-booked or are planning to attend a Learning Session, you will need to bring a laptop (and charger) to participate in the training.

Select sessions will be recorded and made available on demand after the event starting 11 Oct. Any session that is recorded will be clearly tagged as “on demand” within the team event app and on the event website so you can easily identify what can be watched later at your convenience.
