Johannes builds enterprise ITSM and ESM programmes on the Atlassian stack at HiQ Germany, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. Since 2017 he has worked with energy, semiconductor and automotive clients on Jira Service Management rollouts, Assets and CMDB foundations, and Data Center to Cloud migrations. He is a certified Jira and Confluence Administrator. He ran the Atlassian Community Group in Munich until he moved north, and now runs the one in Essen. Handing over the Munich group took less effort than any of his Cloud migrations.
