Session 1: Conversation with a Typical Atlassian Customer
  • Dialogue-driven session
  • Discuss root causes of customer pain points
  • Develop solutions and discuss strategies around pain points
Session 2: Navigating Complex Organizations
  • What happens when you can't sell the right solution to your current customer?
  • In this interactive session, you'll learn how to navigate to new buyers within an organization.
Session 3: Conversation with a Director-level Customer
  • Another dialogue-driven session where, but this time you'll encounter a more strategic conversation, but with pushback.
  • Discuss root causes of customer pain points
  • Develop solutions and discuss strategies around pain points

Day 2

Group Work: Pitch/Presentation Prep
Work with your group from Day 1 to deliver a presentation to a prospect. This activity will run parallel to the day's strategy sessions.
Strategy Sessions
Meetings between each partner, your Channel Manager, and an Atlassian Solutions Engineer. Each session is approximately 30 minutes, and will be driven by a form sent out a week before the Mastery Camp.
The Closing Session
Your chance for your team to show off your Enterprise pitch. Then we'll wrap up the Mastery Camp with some final thoughts.
