Session types
Innovation is at the core of everything we build, and this experience is no different. We encourage you to think of unique ways to deliver your story and message. To assist you, we have included session types that we are interested in programming for Team ’26.
Please note: The session type selected during the submission process serves as a proposed selection, indicating the ideal duration and format for your content. Should your submission be accepted for the event, Atlassian reserves the right to adjust your content to an alternative duration or format that better aligns with the overall event agenda. This ensures optimal scheduling and content delivery for all attendees.
Breakouts
A 45-minute session that demonstrates how a process, Atlassian product, or system was utilized to achieve a goal or resolve an issue. This may include a customer case study, panel, product overview, and other related materials.
Panels
These 45-minute sessions will be hosted by a group of speakers as they dive into a specific topic, product, or solution. This interactive session is designed to present diverse perspectives, exchange ideas, and spark meaningful insights and conversations.
Theater sessions
Concise, focused sessions, lasting no more than 15 minutes, and delivered in open-air theaters across the expo.
Tips & inspiration
Please review the following tips and ensure that your submission follows the suggested format below:
Elevator pitch
- If you had to choose one sentence to represent your message, what would it be?
- 255 characters or less (usually 40-60 words). Think of it as a tweet.
Session title
- Concise description that aims to grab attention while staying true to your message.
- Approximately 10 words.
Abstract
- Craft a compelling session description highlighting the value of your content in 2-3 paragraphs.
- To help attendees understand what learnings they will take from your session, include 3-5 bullet points with key takeaways.
- If you plan to invite a customer to speak during your session, please mention the name of their organization here.

Call for Speakers will be open until December 4, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT. We will start notifying speakers of their submission status in January 2026.
