Meals during the event will offer dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, but not necessarily in combination. All food items will be labeled with the appropriate dietary information. Dance the [Neon] Night away at Bash
Come close out Team ‘24 Vegas-style at Bash! This year's theme is Neon Nights. Dress in your most radiant, electric, vibrant attire!

Doors open at 8:00 p.m. at the XS Nightclub located inside The Wynn. Guest Bash passes will be available for purchase at the registration counter this morning.

Yes! Attend as a team and save up to 50% when registering 3+ attendees. Group pricing is available to companies when they purchase three or more passes in one transaction. To receive this rate, select team pass and note if you are planning to attend. If planning to attend, do not include yourself in the group number selected on the group registration page.  Once purchased, your confirmation email will have a group registration pre-paid link that your team members may use to register. 

Attendees can pay their registration fees using Visa, Mastercard, or Wire Transfer. Please note Wire Transfer is no longer an offered form of payment from four weeks prior to the event.

All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of Atlassian and no registration discounts can be combined for any Team passes. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted. Promotional rates are voided if a registered attendee cancels and attempts to register at a lowered rate. Refunds will not be granted less than 2 weeks before the event nor will they be given for no-shows. Cancellations must be submitted via email to team@atlassianevents.com.

Substitution of a registration of the same type and package is permitted prior to two weeks before the event. Substitutions requested within two weeks are subject to a $50 processing fee. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information. Please send substitution requests to team@atlassianevents.com.

In order to receive a refund, cancelations must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the event and are subject to a $50 processing fee. Any cancelations received less than two weeks before the event are not refundable. Cancelations must be submitted via email to team@atlassianevents.com

If you lose or misplace your badge onsite, you will be subject to a $75 processing and reprint fee and your previous badge will become void. All badges are non-transferable.

In order to create the optimal experience for our customers and partner teams attending Team ‘24, it’s our obligation to maintain a healthy customer ratio amongst attendance at the event in Las Vegas.Registration for partner attendees has exceeded our capacity allocation and puts our customer:partner ratio at risk. We will be closing registration to Team ‘24 for partners effective Friday, March 15. Thank you for your understanding.

The cutoff for the Atlassian-negotiated special discounted room rates ended March 26, 2024. However, you can still secure hotel accommodations with The Venetian Resort at the current prevailing rate. 

The Venetian group booking system has now closed. Attendees may book accommodations directly through The Venetian Resort.

Livestream sessions begin May 1 at 9:00 a.m PST and will go through till May 3. All on demand content will be available by May 4, 2024.

All Keynotes, Super Sessions and select breakout sessions will be available through livestream and on-demand by May 4, 2024. Check out the full digital agenda here.
