Health & Safety

We are requiring COVID-19 testing for all attendees <72 hours prior to checking in to Team '22 in Las Vegas. Either a PCR or at-home Rapid test will be accepted.

Validation of the negative test will be a part of the registration process. A cell phone image, print-out, time-stamped photo or medical proof of negative test will all be accepted forms of proof.

Please bring these with you as you will be asked to show it, plus your proof of vaccination, in order to proceed to badge pick-up.

We want everyone who attends Team ’22 to feel safe and included. Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us. During the in-person portion of Team ’22, which takes place April 5 - 7, 2022 in Las Vegas, we will be taking all precautions and applying COVID-19 safety measures, including requiring proof of fully vaccinated status for all in-person attendees. Any individuals who cannot or choose not to disclose their fully vaccinated status will have the option to attend the Team ’22 digital experience.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required. We've partnered with CLEAR Health Pass app to validate. validate vaccination for those that received the Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna or J&J vaccines in the US.  CLEAR is currently only available to US citizens and legal permanent residents 18 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID. If you received an alternative vaccine that has been approved or authorized for emergency use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization, we will provide secondary vaccination verification onsite.

  1. Download the CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile
  2. Tap ‘Events’ and select the Atlassian Team ‘22 tile under ‘Conferences’
  3. Easily enroll with your government issued ID or if you are already a CLEAR member, verify your identity with a quick selfie
  4. Follow the prompts to verify your proof of vaccination
  5. Accept the Know Before You Go
  6. Before you arrive, reopen the Health Pass tile and produce your pass. Green is good to go! Be ready to show security for faster entry.

Once onsite, you will be required to show your Health Pass on your smartphone prior to entering the event. Alternatively, we will also be manually checking physical vaccination cards, should you not want to utilize the digital verification app.

For more information on CLEAR, please read the CLEAR FAQs.

As of today, you are fully vaccinated according to CDC guidelines:

  • 2 weeks after a second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or

  • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

These will be continually updated should the requirements of fully vaccinated status change.

Atlassian has an alternative process to validate your vaccination. The secondary vaccination verification process through Ampersand will assist you.

However, if the team is unable to verify proof of vaccination, you will not be granted access to Team '22.

We will accept vaccines currently approved or authorized for emergency use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson [J&J]/Janssen COVID-19 vaccines) as well as COVID-19 vaccines that have been listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (i.e. AstraZeneca/Oxford).

Masks will not be required. While mask wearing will be encouraged for anyone who does not feel comfortable without one, local Clark County government lifted the mandatory mask mandate on February 10th. We will still be providing all attendees with (2) KN95 masks in Vegas.

Per the Venetian’s quarantine policy, anyone who tests positive for COVID at Team '22, will be asked to quarantine in their hotel room. The guest will also be asked to sign a waiver which will hold-harmless the Venetian and its partners. Isolation can be discontinued at least 5 days after symptom onset (day 1 through day 5 after symptom onset, with day 0 being the first day of symptoms), and after resolution of fever for at least 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medications) and with improvement of other symptoms. These people should continue to properly wear a well-fitted mask around others at home and in public for 5 additional days (day 6 through day 10 after symptom onset) after the 5-day isolation period.

Food and beverage can be ordered via room service and will be left outside the suite door.  The guest may not leave their room at anytime unless there is a facility emergency requiring evacuation or if the guest is having a medical emergency.

Yes, this is inline with CDC guidelines, as if someone has had COVID in the past three months it is not recommended that they test as some patients can continue to test positive even though they are not a continued infectious risk. A doctor’s note is required.

Yes. AmpersandIntelligence is our partner for secondary screening and testing should you feel symptomatic while at Team '22. Onsite tests will NOT be accepted in lieu of proof of vaccination.

If you fail to provide proof of vaccine, you will not be granted access to Team '22.
