Team '23 is the ultimate event for modern teamwork live in Las Vegas and digitally April 18–20, 2023.

Attendees from around the globe will explore the ways in which teamwork, humanity, and tech intersect, and learn how Atlassian products and solutions can help unleash their team's full potential.

Session types

Innovation is core to everything we build, and this experience is no different. We encourage you to think about unique ways to deliver your story and message. To help guide you, we've included session types that we are interested in programming for Team '23 both in person and digitally.

Breakout session - standard

45-minute, in-person session that illustrates how a process, Atlassian product, or system was used to accomplish a goal or solve an issue. This could be a customer case study, panel, product overview, and more. 

Digital ask me anything

Live, 20-minute digital session featuring Atlassian experts answering questions coming in real time from the digital 
audience.

Digital on-demand session

Pre-recorded, 20-minute breakout session that will be available on demand. See description of standard breakout session above.

Expo theater session *

For those wanting to submit a talk for the
in-person event and be featured in our Expo Hall theater during a shorter session, no more than 15 minutes. 

Breakout session - unified

Livestreamed, 45-minute breakout session that includes two-way dialogue with the digital audience via polls, Q&A, and more. 
Speakers can be in-person or remote. 

Digital demo

15-minute demonstration of a product or practice. A session that shows the capabilities or a "how to" of a specific tool or product. 

Expo lab *

30-minute guided working session that takes a deep dive into a specific use case or challenge, where attendees tackle solutions through hands-on engagement.

Session review process

Tips for a winning submission

Speaker details will be anonymous during preliminary selection to ensure we have an objective assessment of each submission.

Atlassian is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive event that showcases the contributions of people from all backgrounds.

 

To improve your chances of being selected, be sure to cover the following points:

  • Tell us why your topic is interesting, relevant, and unique.
  • Give examples of topics you’ll cover.

  • Create a short and concise abstract.

  • Include actionable advice and takeaways.

  • Highlight your intended audience.
  • Use the outline section of the application to tell us more about your session specifics.
