I currently serve as ITSM Tools Manager at Edenred Digital Center, where I lead the global Atlassian ecosystem supporting over 5,500 users worldwide. Together with my team, I am responsible for the strategy, governance, implementation, and adoption of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Loom, Rovo, Atlassian Guard, and a wide range of Marketplace solutions.
My professional journey includes roles as an Atlassian Consultant, Business Analyst, and Project Manager, allowing me to combine business acumen with deep technical expertise. Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered enterprise-scale transformations, cloud migrations, and service management initiatives across the Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, and Software Development sectors.
