Currently Head of Service Management at The Very Group, which includes oversight of day to day tech operations, with a 24*7 Tech Ops Centre (SOC/NOC), Service Desk and team of Service Availability and Service Lifecycle Managers working to assure service across the TVG tech estate. Rob has worked in Service Management for 20+ years, starting in Service Desk and moving into Service Delivery and Operations, and over the years specializing in service improvement outsource partner management, tech operations and more latterly building a new service team to work in the new Agile delivery world.
