I joined KPMG UK on a graduate scheme in late 2019 (after studying Chemistry of all things) and after a year, I moved into what was our CloudOps Enablement Engineering team. The team, amongst other shared services, managed a Jira and Confluence Datacenter instance of roughly 1000 active users. Once the decision was made for us to migrate that instance to Atlassian Cloud, I stepped up and led a squad to deliver that migration project. Since then, I’ve become pretty much fully focused on learning all things Atlassian so we can get the most out of our set-up!
